Refundpolicy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return And Refund After Delivery

We offer 7 days after the delivery date for customers to return their items if they’ve changed their mind.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you request us to collect your return we’ll charge a £119.99 collection fee.

Please note this can vary depending on your location. This fee will be deducted from any refunds

Please note all items that are returned because customer has changed their mind must be fully sealed in their packaging and untouched. If the item has been opened it is classed as used and a partial refund will be issued. Items must be in re-sellable condition and in the same condition that they were delivered in.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged. Unique Furniture Ltd will not be held liable if you report damage 24 hours after delivery.

If an item is delivered damaged we’ll arrange a date to collect and replace your furniture (depending on stock). Alternatively we can work out an arrangement that is suitable for the customer such as an alternative set. Please note collections can take upwards of 10 working days. The furniture must be stored safely until we collect it.
